We know your time is valuable.

Recovery work already asks a great deal of your team. We have kept this process as simple as possible, and the brief orientation is designed to save time later by helping you use the platform efficiently, avoid common setup issues, and begin reaching volunteers with confidence.

Create your Volunteer WNC account

The person who will manage your organization’s profile should first create a personal account by selecting Organization Sign Up. This person will become the administrator, or agency manager, for your organization’s profile.

Create your organization profile

After creating your account -or signing in if you already have one- you will be guided through submitting your organization’s information. Once submitted, the profile will be created and placed in pending status while we complete the remaining steps with you.

Complete the Partnership Agreement

Before we can activate your profile, we need your organization to complete the Volunteer WNC Partnership Agreement. The agreement helps us meet insurance requirements and maintain a safe, effective volunteer experience for organizations and volunteers alike.

The agreement is valid for one year. We will send a reminder when it is time to renew.

Schedule a brief orientation

Before you begin posting opportunities, we will meet briefly with the agency manager for your organization’s profile. Please invite any colleagues who will also help manage Volunteer WNC.

The orientation will introduce the platform, answer your questions, share a few practical best practices, and help your team get off to a smooth start. A small investment of time here can prevent confusion and save considerable time later.
